SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Our products are made to order, it takes us 7-14 days to make a product.
"Ready to Ship" section contains products that are already made and are ready to be shipped next day after the purchase was made.
All shipments are sent via USPS, we will send you shipment confirmation with tracking number for your package.
We use priority shipping which usually takes 3-5 days for packages to be delivered to destination. If you need faster delivery, please contact us directly.
All Domestic orders over $100 are free, $7 shipping added to all orders under $100.
If you live in Jackson Height, Queens we can personally deliver item to you.
International Shipping.
Small packages are flat rate $15, bigger packages (tote bags, knife rolls, etc..) are $40
All shipments are sent via USPS priority mail, usually delivery time is 1-4 weeks.

Return & Exchange Policy

All our products are created in NYC with love and care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. As we work with leather it is important for us to remind you that every hide is different and the product that you will receive might have a slight variation in color than the one on the photo featuring the product. We offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE for all our products, we are trying our best to make sure that they serve you for a long time, but in case of a hardware malfunction or any breakage that occurs over time feel free to reach out to us.
IZZYLEATHERS reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs (the ones that occurred due to negligence use of the product), returns and exchanges.

To return merchandise, please, contact us directly. For your protection, please, use a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer
