Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting our business, we will do our best to ship product that you purchased as soon as possible. Products that have "ready to ship" in their description will be shipped same business day, for the rest of the products, since they are made-to-order the production time is 7-14 business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking within 1-3 days of purchase. In some unforeseen situation when shipment may be delayed you will be notified as soon as possible.
All orders over 50$ will be free shipping, all other orders will be $5 flat rate for priority shipping.
Currently we are shipping only within the USA.
Return & Exchange Policy
All our products are created in NYC with love and care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. As we work with leather it is important for us to remind you that every hide is different and the product that you will receive might have a slight variation in color than the one on the photo featuring the product. We offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE for all our products, we are trying our best to make sure that they serve you for a long time, but in case of a hardware malfunction or any breakage that occurs over time feel free to reach out to us.
IZZYLEATHERS reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs (the ones that occurred due to negligence use of the product), returns and exchanges.
To return merchandise, please, contact us directly. For your protection, please, use a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer
